STR8 SECURITY is a highly-trained company specializing in armed and unarmed security. At Str8 Security we pride ourselves in preventing crime, protecting the public, and securing the premises at any business that we provide services.

All our security officers' background and criminal history are inspected by one of the best law enforcement bureaus. Each officer must pass an inclusive drug screening, thorough background check, and a top-notch physical fitness assessment.

After an applicant is hired our next priority is training. Training consists of self-defense, power of arrest, probable cause, vocal disarmament methods, and the discernment of using reasonable force.  Oral, written, and physical professionalism are mandatory pillars of our training platform. Officers must showcase a positive attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, and dress professionally at all times. After the applicant has effectively accomplished all stages of screening and training, then and only then, will he or she be considered for a position with Str8 Security because we keep our company Str8 Honest, Str8 Reliable, and Str8 to Business.
